Family Planning - Teen Clinic

The Teen Clinic is for young women who wish to receive or learn more about birth control methods. Counseling and health education services (including Abstinence education) are also available. All services are confidential and are provided by a registered nurse, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, health educator, or a doctor specializing in adolescent medicine. An Interpreter is available for non-English speaking clients.

Who is Eligible

Any young woman of child-bearing age interested in preventing an unintended pregnancy may use the services provided at Teen Clinic. Young women with insurance, Medicaid, or no income may attend this clinic. You do not have to be a resident of Forsyth County or North Carolina to visit this clinic.

Cost

Cost, if any, will be determined at the time of the visit. Payments are due on the day of the appointment, unless arrangements are made with the cashier prior to the visit. A sliding fee scale program is used for determining charges. Payment is determined by family size and income. The fee for a pregnancy test is $11.00 or less if a sliding fee scale participant.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 am - 3:45 pm
Wednesday: 9:30 am - 6:45 pm
Friday: 8:30 am - 11:45 am
