Grantor-Grantee Indexes and Images
Our Grantor-Grantee Indexes and the images related to them, are currently being provided on the internet by
Business Information Systems (BIS) out of Tennessee.
For the general public who would just like to make a copy of their deed or some other record, a copy may be
obtained at no charge by clicking on DEMO SIGNUP in the upper left hand corner of the TitleSearcher home page.
A 7-day free trial sign up is available, during which time the indexes can be used and copies can be obtained.
For persons who use the system on a continuing basis, there is a fee of $35 per month. All copies made from the
system are free. There is no sign-up fee.
For the occasional user who cannot justify the cost of $35 per month, a pre-paid account may be set up. For each
"look-up", BIS will deduct $2 from the account. The instrument can be copied at no additional fee, no matter how
many pages there are. The minimum deposit is $5. There is no set-up fee.
