Food & Beverage Operator RFP for Tanglewood Park Clubhouse

Forsyth County is seeking proposals from experienced food service operators to manage and operate the food and beverage services at the new Tanglewood Park Golf Clubhouse, located at 4061 Clemmons Rd, Clemmons, NC. This opportunity includes overseeing a kitchen for hot food preparation, managing the bar area for beverage and alcohol service, and maintaining a welcoming dining space for patrons to enjoy meals and drinks.

The county is looking for a professional operator with a proven track record in both food service and customer experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in industry best practices and a commitment to providing high-quality service within the "19th Hole" dining area, kitchen, and bar.

To help potential bidders understand the scope of work, a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM at the new Tanglewood Park Clubhouse. This meeting offers a chance to view the facility, ask questions, and connect with Forsyth County staff for additional details.
