Tanglewood Park Shelter #4 Playground to Close for Construction

Forsyth County Parks and Recreation is excited to announce an upcoming improvement project at Tanglewood Park as part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing recreational spaces for our community.

Starting March 31, 2025, construction will begin on the Tanglewood Park Shelter #4 Playground Replacement project. This initiative is part of our Capital Improvement Ordinance and aligns with our mission to develop, maintain, and improve park facilities to better serve our visitors.

During construction, the current playground at Shelter #4 will be temporarily closed for safety reasons. We appreciate your patience as we work to bring a new and improved play area to Tanglewood Park.
