Furniture from the Manor House may not be used in The Arbor.

There is no lighting in The Arbor so activities should end before dark.

All rented items must be dropped off and picked up by rental agency on the day of your event. No items may be left overnight.

Renter may not move, trim, pull up, etc. plants in The Arbor. Each instance will result in an additional fee being charged.

No birdseed or rice are allowed. Each instance will result in an additional clean-up fee being charged.

There is an additional fee for tents placed in The Arbor area, and fire permits may be required.
